These Terms of Use ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "You") and AddFirmo ("Company", "We", "Platform") governing your access to and use of the addfirmo.com website and its services. By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms without reservation.

1. User Responsibility

By using the AddFirmo Platform, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Zero Liability for Platform: AddFirmo is a passive conduit for the distribution of user-submitted information. We are not responsible for screening, policing, editing, or monitoring User content. We shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or legal claim arising from your or any other User's content.
• Indemnification: You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless AddFirmo, its founders, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Platform.

3. Content Disclaimer & No Professional Advice

The content provided on AddFirmo, including company listings, blog posts, and user reviews, is for informational purposes only.

• No Endorsement: The presence of a company on our directory does not constitute an endorsement, verification, or recommendation of their services or products.
• No Professional/Medical Advice: Content on this site (especially regarding health, legal, or financial matters) is NOT a substitute for professional advice. Always consult with a qualified professional (doctor, lawyer, accountant) before making decisions based on information found here. AddFirmo disclaims all liability for actions taken based on such content.

4. Limitation of Liability (Global Standard)

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law (including US, EU, and Turkish laws), AddFirmo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the Service;
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service;
• Any content obtained from the Service;
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

5. Service Provision and Payment

Some services on AddFirmo are paid services. By selecting a paid package, you agree to pay the specified fees. Payments are processed securely via third-party providers (e.g., Iyzico, Stripe). AddFirmo does not store your credit card information.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

The Platform and its original content (excluding User Content), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of AddFirmo. The AddFirmo name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of AddFirmo.

7. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Turkey. However, for international users:

• EU Users: Nothing in these terms deprives you of the protection afforded to you by provisions that cannot be derogated from by agreement by virtue of the law where you habitually reside.
• Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be primarily settled by the Istanbul (Bakırköy) Courts and Enforcement Offices.

8. Prohibited Activities

You strictly agree NOT to use the Platform to:

• Violate any applicable national or international law or regulation.
• Transmit promotional materials ("spam"), chain letters, or pyramid schemes.
• Impersonate any person or entity.
• Upload malicious code, viruses, or any other technological material that is harmful.
