Refund Policy

This Cancellation & Refund Policy ("Policy") governs the terms under which AddFirmo handles subscription cancellations and refund requests. By purchasing a service on our Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Policy.

1 Legal Basis (No Right of Withdrawal)

Under Article 15/ğ of the Regulation on Distance Contracts (Turkish Law) and similar international regulations (e.g., EU Consumer Rights Directive Article 16(m)), the Right of Withdrawal (Cooling-off Period) does NOT apply to:

"Contracts regarding services performed instantly in the electronic environment or intangible goods delivered instantly to the consumer."

Since AddFirmo services (Membership, Premium Features, Ad Placements) are activated effectively immediately upon payment, they fall under this exception. Therefore, all sales are final and non-refundable once the service activation has commenced.


2 Subscription Cancellation

You have the right to cancel your recurring subscription at any time to prevent future charges.

  • How to Cancel: You can cancel via your Dashboard > Settings > Billing page or by contacting support.
  • Effect: Cancellation stops the *next* auto-renewal. It does not refund the current period.
  • Access: You retain access to your paid features until the expiration of the current billing cycle.

Global Note: For users in the EU or UK, by purchasing our digital services, you expressly consent to the immediate performance of the contract and acknowledge that you will lose your right of withdrawal from the contract once the service has been fully performed or download has started.


3 Exceptions (Discretionary Refunds)

AddFirmo reserves the right, but is not obligated, to issue refunds in the following specific scenarios at our sole discretion:

  • Technical Failure: If a technical error on our end prevented the service from being delivered (e.g., your listing never appeared).
  • Billing Error: If you were charged more than the advertised price or charged multiple times for a single period due to a system glitch.

Non-Refundable Scenarios: Refunds will NOT be granted for: "Forgot to cancel," "Did not use the service," "Company closed down," or "Dissatisfaction with the number of leads received."


4 Chargeback Fraud Policy

Initiating a chargeback or dispute with your payment provider for a validly delivered service is considered fraud. In such cases:

  • Your account and all associated listings will be permanently banned.
  • We will report the incident to relevant credit bureaus and fraud prevention databases.
  • We will legally pursue the recovery of the funds plus any dispute fees incurred.

5 Contact for Billing Issues

If you believe there is an error on your bill, please contact us immediately before initiating a dispute. We are happy to resolve legitimate errors.
