Distance Sales Agreement

1. Parties

1.2. Buyer (Customer):
The person who subscribes to a paid package or purchases a service on the AddFirmo website. The information provided during registration/checkout is taken as the basis.

2. Subject

The subject of this Agreement is the determination of the rights and obligations of the parties in accordance with the Law No. 6502 on the Protection of the Consumer and the Regulation on Distance Contracts regarding the sale and delivery of the digital services ordered by the Buyer electronically from the AddFirmo website.

3. Contract Product/Service

The service subject to the contract consists of subscription packages (Premium, Corporate, etc.) or additional features (Showcase, advertisements) for listing businesses on the AddFirmo directory. The features and duration of the service are as specified on the package selection page.

4. General Provisions

4.1. The Buyer declares that they have read the preliminary information regarding the basic qualifications, sales price, and payment method of the service subject to the contract on the website and have given necessary confirmation electronically.

4.2. Since the service is performed instantly in the electronic environment (Digital Content), there is generally no right of withdrawal once the service execution has begun, pursuant to Article 15/ğ of the Regulation on Distance Contracts ("Contracts regarding services performed instantly in the electronic environment or intangible goods delivered instantly to the consumer").

4.3. However, AddFirmo may offer a refund policy at its own discretion under certain conditions specified in the Refund Policy.

5. Right of Withdrawal & Global Exceptions

Turkish Law: Pursuant to Article 15/ğ of the Regulation on Distance Contracts, the Right of Withdrawal is NOT applicable to services performed instantly in the electronic environment or intangible goods delivered instantly to the consumer.

Global/EU Law: For international customers (including EU/UK), by clicking "Pay" or "Subscribe", you expressly consent to the immediate performance of this contract and acknowledge that you will lose your right of withdrawal once the digital service has been fully provisioned or accessed.

6. Dispute Resolution

In the implementation of this Agreement, Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts in Istanbul (Bakırköy) are authorized for disputes arising from this contract, subject to applicable mandatory local consumer protection laws.
